The shipment of products is made by a courier service Marie Raxevsky has chosen, ensuring advantageous rates for buyers and safe transportation of goods.
Most orders will ship out within three to five working days from the moment the order takes place. Deliveries are made within hours 9:00 to 17:00 by the respective courier company to the address referred on the order form, with chances of prolongation depending on the customs’ formalities of each country.
For orders over 69€ shipping is FREE. for deliveries in Greece.
For orders under 69€ shipping cost is 4,90€.
European Union: We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over €120!
International Shipping: The cost is 25€
Marie Raxevsky is not liable for delays and/or failures to deliver caused by third parties, force majeure, or unforeseeable events.
However, in case of force majeure (e.g., poor weather, strikes, etc.) or an impediment that cannot be overcome and prevents the timely delivery of items, we will notify you through e-mail or phone so that you may indicate whether you still want us to complete your purchase under the current circumstances.

Despite the fact that our product descriptions are informative and allow you to develop a clear image of the product, you may discover upon delivery that it is not what you expected or that you did not choose the suitable size.
If your newly purchased item doesn't fit you, or you didn't receive the love feedback you hoped for, we give you the choice of return.
In this situation, marieraxevsky.com allows you to return the purchase within fourteen (14) days after delivery and exchange it for another product of your choice, or pick the same product in a size that suits you.
If you are dissatisfied with the return of merchandise, you may request a refund from the firm. Marie Raxevsky will proceed within 30 days after receiving and inspecting returned products.
If payment is made by credit card or Paypal, or by putting cash in a bank account that you will designate in an enclosing document within the parcel of return, the transaction will be reversed.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your items to return the products and obtain a refund, without penalty or reason.
Marie Raxevsky will not accept returns if they are not made within 14 calendar days.
We underline that the date of the returned merchandise is the one specified by the courier at the time of receipt.
Returns are only allowed if the items you intend to return are in the same condition as when you got them, i.e. without unsealed or damaged packing and should not have been used.
The package should be the same as it was when it was delivered, with undamaged labels/tags and the customary signs/product pricing.
The items must be accompanied by the appropriate documents and market supply (i.e. receipt).
If the product does not fulfill the aforementioned requirements, it will be returned to the customer at his expense.
Any damage to the product while returning it to us is exclusively the responsibility of the Customer.
If another product or size is not available, we will refund your money by transferring it into your bank account, or the amount will be credited to be used in any future orders.
If the cause for your return is due to a corporate error, we will cover the cost of returning the product, provided that the return is conducted through the shipping firm PORTA-PARTA (ELTA COURIER).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill out and send the specific return form accessible on the Internet. You are required to return the goods in the same condition in which you got it, without damaging the packing and ensuring that the product's distinctive marks have not been removed.
In addition, you must submit the withdrawal statement contained in the "return form" along with the retail sales receipt. The return will be accepted only if it is sent by a transport firm (courier) and only after the business's permission.
If you choose another transport company, we cannot guarantee the delivery timings of the things you return to us. We will not be able to pick up your return if you send it via mail. We will handle your request as soon as we get the merchandise and will notify you by e-mail on how to do so.
