To complete any transaction on our website, www.marieraxevsky.com, such as ordering certain items, we will need your personal information, which may or may not be revealed by our Company. When you place an order, we will want your complete name, the address to which the items will be delivered, your landline and mobile phone numbers, and your email address. 

This information is handled by the firm in accordance with the law, Article 7A par. 1 (b) N. 2472/1997, in order to carry out the customer's request, and it will not be divulged, published, or sold to other parties unless there is a court order for declassification, as described by the legislation (N. 2225/1994), or there are any responsibilities imposed by the implementation of Directive 24/2006.

In order to perform any transaction through the “Marie Raxevsky” e-shop and to place any order of the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data which are necessary for such a transaction. 

We will ask for your full name, the address where the products will be sent, the number of your landline and mobile phone and your email address. 

Marie Raxevsky is the data controller of your personal data and is responsible for its collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. 

Our company would like to inform the general public about the type, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use, and process by means of this data protection declaration.

Furthermore, by means of this data protection statement, data subjects are informed of the rights to which they are entitled. Marie Raxevsky only maintains User's personal data for the duration reasonably necessary to fulfill the objectives for which it is gathered, in accordance with the Law and GDPR Regulation. 

 

DELETE MEMBERS: 

If a member desires to be removed from our databases, he should send us an email with the subject "Delete member" to  info@marieraxevsky.com. If orders have been placed in his name, his account cannot be cancelled since they will be saved in our database.

Marieraxevsky.com may acquire personal identifiable information about you via the use of technologies such as cookies. Cookies are text files that are saved on the Customer's hard drive without access to any documents or files on his computer.
